Features:

Erect motor ditves by dedicated sprial circular cone-cylinder geared motor,less land occupation,design process easy,the motor and water surface is great distance, so it reduces the influences for the wastewater to motor.The materials of tray uses high-intensity light fibreglass,resistance to statin;Load and oxygen through immersion adjust water leve design changes.

Applications: 

 BZP Type aerator with rotating tray is used for oxygen ditch in the wastewater treatment plant,and its function is that it aerates  the wastewater,and promotes the wastewater to flow circulatory in the ditch ,and prevents the activated sludge sedimentation ,wastewater and oxygen mixes sufficient,and complete biochemical process.

Structure:

 BZP is composed of erect motor,geared,principal acis,rotating tray,bearing seats and controller.

The surface of tray covered by the rules four pieces of pyramid protruding, many not penetrate circular hole. The tray runs fast with driving device,the four pieces of pyramid protruding throws water into the air and contacts air,and the air rapidly dissolves into water,while the circular hole within some air mixes with water,and reaching the purpose of aerating.
